What vaccines does my pet need?
Dogs : Core vaccines (DAPP BR, Distemper, Adenovirus, Parainfluenza, Parvo Virus, Rabies) and Bordetella
Cats: Core vaccines (FvRCP R, Rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus, Panleukopenia and Rabies)
No exceptions, proof of up to date vaccines are required prior to drop off.
Why does my dog need the Bordetella vaccine?
The Bordetella vaccine helps reduce the chance of your dog contracting Kennel Cough, which is a common respiratory illness. While it is not contagious to humans and rarely relies on heavy veterinary intervention, it does spread easily and can make your dog not feel their best. While the vaccine may not stop infection, it can help greatly reduce symptoms and slow spreading.
Why do intact males cost more?
Intact males tend to exhibit behaviours that require extra attention and cleaning (eg: marking). We don't apply this fee if your dog is under 12 months of age.
My dog doesn't like other dogs, is that ok?
That isn't a problem at all! We believe less is more, so your dog will only receive one on one with staff unless you specify other wise.
What time are drop offs?
7am-10am.
What time are pick ups?
7am-10am for boarding or an afternoon pick up 3pm-6pm is available for a daycare fee of $20.
3pm-6pm for daycare.
What if I'm late picking up my pet?
Boarding: If an animal is not picked up before the morning pick-up window closes, they will be required to remain for the afternoon and be charged the afternoon pick-up fee of $20 for dogs, and $10 for cats.
Daycare : A late fee of $10 per 15-minute increments will be charged for any pick-up occurring after our closing time of 6pm.
